Some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Will there be a hybrid or a virtual option for attendance?

    • No. NCCO11 will be an in-person conference. NCCO is an all-volunteer operation, and we do not have the volunteer capacity or the funding to provide remote access to the conference.
  • May I request a refund of my NCCO registration?

    • We have a "no refund" policy for NCCO conferences. However, if circumstances beyond our control require us to cancel the conference, then we will process refunds in that eventuality.
